Indications

• treatment of cystic fibrosis (with G551D mutation of CTFR)

Dosage

• 150-250 mg PO BID

Adverse-effects

• macular rash
• deterioration of glycemic control in diabetes

Mechanism-of-action

• potentiates function of CTFR
