- congenital atresia of the pulmonary artery
- bronchiolitis acquired shortly after birth
Clinical-manifestations
- unilateral hyperlucency & hyperinflation of the lung
- usually left lung
- small pulmonary artery
- bronchiectasis in 25%
- most patients are asymptomatic
