Function

• energy-transducing component of:

• nucleosome-remodeling factor complex (NURF)
• CECR2-containing-remodeling factor complex ( CERF)

• both complexes facilitate perturbation of chromatin structure ( ATP-dependent)
• potentiates neurite outgrowth
• may be involved in brain development by regulating En-1 & En-2 expression
• may be involved in the development of luteal cells
• interacts with PRLR
