Adverse-effects
- all dose-related
- CNS: - dizziness, headache, somnolence, CNS depression, memory impairment, ataxia, seizures [2,3]
- abnormal vision, deteriorating color vision
- tremor
- nausea
- drug adverse effects of anticonvulsants
Mechanism-of-action
- may inhibit reuptake of GABA by presynaptic terminals
