Dosage
- oral medication taken BID
- Tabs: 5, 10, 15, 20, 25 mg

Mechanism-of-action
- inhibits JAK1 & JAK2
- reduces myelofibrosis-related symptoms, including splenomegaly, abdominal pain, night sweats, bone or muscle pain, itching
