Introduction

• Electrocardiographic ( ECG) criteria:
• biphasic p wave in precordial leads
• p wave axis > 70 degrees
• p wave > 3 mm in leads II, III & aVF
• small QRS voltage in V1
• p wave > 1.5 mm in V2
