Indications
- used to treat acne, seborrheic dermatitis, eczema, psoriasis, & other skin disorders
- also used to treat corns, calluses, & warts
Dosage
- topical agent, use as needed
Adverse-effects
- common: redness a& peeling of skin (may occur after a few days)
- less common or rare: skin irritation not present before use of resorcinol
- toxicity:
- diarrhea, nausea, stomach pain, or vomiting
- dizziness
- drowsiness
- headache (severe or continuing)
- nervousness or restlessness
- bradycardia, dyspnea
- sweating
- fatigue or weakness

- helps remove hard, scaly, or roughened skin
