• mutated in colon carcinoma ( MCC) tumor suppressor gene
• deleted in colon carcinoma ( DCC) tumor suppressor gene

Indications

• colorectal carcinoma

Specimen

• colon tissue
• whole blood ( ACD or EDTA)
• store body fluid at 4 degrees C
• store tissue at -20 degrees C or below
