Introduction

• Tradename: Serentil. (mesoridazine besylate) Active metabolite of thioridazine.

Dosage

• 25-100 mg PO TID

• Tabs: 10, 25, 50, 100 mg.
• Liquid: 25 mg/mL.

Adverse-effects

• prolongation of QT interval
  
• drug adverse effects of antipsychotic agents
