• myelodysplastic syndrome
• multiple myeloma

Dosage

• lenalidomide 25 mg plus 40 mg dexamethasone [9]

• days 1-4, 9-12, 17-20; repeat cycle every 28 days

• after stem-cell transplantation: start 5-15 mg/day [3]

Adverse-effects

• venous thromboembolism*

• * prophylaxis for deep vein thrombosis
