Indications

• patient emergency self treatment for:
• anaphylaxis
• emergency treatment of insect bites or stings

Dosage

• Epinephrine:

• adults & children > 12 years: 0.3 mL
• children 6-12 years: 0.2 mL
• 2-6 years of age: 0.15 mL
• < 2 years: 0.05-0.1 mL

• Chlorpheniramine:

• adults & children > 12 years: 4 tablets
• children 6-12 years: 2 tablets 30 children < 6 years: 1 tablet

• Epinephrine hydrochloride (1:1000) 1 mL syringe
• Chorpheniramine maleate chewable tabet 2 mg (4)
• Sterile alcohol pads (2) , Tourniquet
