Dosage
- 2-6 months: 3 separate injections of 0.5 mL given at 2 month intervals
- 7-11 months: (previously unvaccinated) 2 separate injections of 0.5 mL given at 2 month intervals
- 12-14 months: (previously unvaccinated) single injection of 0.5 mL
- all vaccinated children receive a single booster at >= 15 months of age, but not < 2 months after previous dose
- previously unvaccinated children 15-60 months receive a single 0.5 mL injection
