Introduction

• Tradename: Cordan.

Indications

• inflammation & pruritis of glucocorticoid-responsive dermatoses

Dosage

• Topical: cream/ointment 0.025% & 0.05% (30g, 60g) Medium potency (0.025%). Apply BID/ TID.

Adverse-effects

• uncommon (< 1%)

• burning, itching, irritation, dryness, folliculitis, hypertrichosis, acne, hypopigmentation, perioral dermatitis, allergic contact dermatitis, skin atrophy,, striae, miliaria, intracranial hypertension, maceration of skin, suppression of hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal axis, Cushing's syndrome, growth retardation, secondary infection
