  • ectonucleoside NTPDases catalyze hydrolyzis of gamma & beta- phosphate residues of nucleotides, playing a role in concentration of extracellular nucleotides
  • has activity toward ATP, ADP, UTP & UDP, but not toward AMP
  • not inhibited by ARL 67156
