Introduction

• Tradename: Phospholine iodide.

Indications

• open-angle glaucoma

Dosage

• 1 drop OU BID- TID.

• Solution: 0.03%, 0.06%, 0.125%, 0.25% (5 mL).

Adverse-effects

• not common (1-10%)

• stinging, burning, myopia, blurred vision

• uncomon (< 1%)

• bradycardia, hypotension, flushing, dyspnea, retinal detachment, diaphoresis, muscle weakness, nausea/vomiting, diarrhea, browache, miosis, eyelid twitching, watery eyes
