Epidemiology
- common in elderly Clinical manifestaions:
- in the elderly
- color of the bruise varies with time after injury
- on day 1, 16% of bruises are yellow
- reddish coloration accompanies bruises at all phases
Management
- preventive measures
- ensure safety of patient
