  • Tradenames: Temovate, Clobex, Galderma.

Indications

Dosage

  • (topical)
  • 0.05% cream/ointment/spray/scalp application QD/ BID
  • up to 2 weeks of therapy
  • maximum: 50 g/week
  • avoid application of occlusive dressing to the site(s) of clobetasol administration
  • Solution: (0.05%) for scalp 25 & 50 mL. Cream (0.05%) 15 & 30 g.
  • Gel: (0.05%) ( propionate): 15, 30 & 45 g.
  • Spray: (0.05%) (Clobex, Galderma) 2 oz

  • not common (1-10%)
