• Persistent post-partum amenorrhea & galactorrhea.

Etiology

• excess prolactin secretion

Clinical-manifestations

• post-partum amenorrhea during lactation
• persistent galactorrhea after cessation of lactation
• small uterus

Laboratory

• low or absent urinary gonadotropins
