Aqueous Humor

Introduction
- Aqueous fluid that fills the anterior & posterior chambers of the eye. Aqueous humor is secreted by the ciliary body within the posterior chambers of the eye, passes through the pupil into the anterior chamber. It is filtered through the trabecular meshwork into the canal of Schlemm at the iridocorneal angle & drains into the scleral veins.
