Indications

• palliative treatment of persistent or recurrent ovarian cancer

Dosage

• capsule 50 mg

Adverse-effects

• common (> 10%)

• peripheral sensory neuropathy
• neurotoxicity
• nausea/vomiting
• anemia
• thrombocytopenia
• leukopenia

• not common (1-10%)

• seizures, anorexia, diarrhea, stomach cramps, increased alkaline phosphatase

• uncommon (< 1%)

• dizziness, depression, rash, alopecia, myelosuppression, hepatotoxicity, tremor
